FBO Town Halls

The FBO Town Halls offer an opportunity for employees to come together to hear updates on key initiatives across FBO, recognize those who exemplify our values, and provide an open forum to ask questions of the Senior Leadership team. They are a way for leaders to hear about topics of interest and concern first-hand, spark ideas, and share concerns. Most importantly, they allow us to make connections at all levels of the organization and engage in honest dialogue to enable us to achieve our vision of becoming THE Model of Service Excellence.
